I have always believed in dreams coming true but I just didn’t know that my work would involve making other people’s dream come true! My goal has always been to learn more about the world around me and to make a difference. This way of thinking and living has lead me to have a successful career and live a gratifying personal life.

Let me tell you a little bit about me – it is not a traditional story. I knew I was destined to live a different kind of life since I: a) spent most of my childhood reading travel, history and adventure books; b) planning adventures with friends; and c) successfully running a small “dolce” business to earn money toward a travel adventure before age 12.
I was born in another country but my roots and childhood are deeply grounded in one of Houston’s historic neighborhoods. Being brought up so close to the city center had an impact on me and gave me a clear understanding of Houston’s diverse economy. As a result, I focused my studies and career in the financial and real estate industries. Houston’s growth and my ability to connect with my clients’ needs have contributed to decades of success in the financial services.
So, how do I help people’s dreams come true?
I’m in the business of making people’s home ownership dreams come true!
I help guide them through the entire home loan process and secure a mortgage loan for their dream home. My greatest satisfaction is knowing I helped them with finding the best mortgage for their situation. Whether they are buying their very first home, that dream retirement home in the Texas Hill Country, settling into civilian life after military duties or moving from another state or country to our area; I love being a part of this special time. Making Home Ownership dreams come true!
Another great satisfaction is being the co-founder of the first women led Houston real estate show. Kim Azpeitia and I are passionate about lifting up small businesses, the City of Houston, and women in business. As the Co-Host of The Caffeinated Show, my main focus is educating viewers about real estate with information on buying, selling, and lending.
I love discussing our interviewees impact on the community and thoughts on the City of Houston. I’m dedicated to highlighting local coffee shops and other businesses while recognizing influential people in the Houston area. I love sharing my connections with my referral partners, business owners, clients and friends.

Through my work, entrepreneurial pursuits, and simple solid financial advice, I am able to live my dolce life. My dolce dream life is simple and satisfying. I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, experiencing new foods and searching for perfect lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, cortaditos, etc.
Living la dolce life is about being present and enjoying each moment – the good and the bad. By being present, I am able to create a great quality of life with family, friends, work and my community.
It is my hope that in sharing my journey, my experiences will serve as a resource for others.
